These terms govern access to the AristaTech CRM (the “platform”). By accessing it you agree to them.
1. Authorised use
The platform is for authorised AristaTech staff only, accessed via an approved @aristatech.com.au account. Keep your credentials secure and do not share access. Access may be suspended or revoked at any time.
2. Acceptable use
Use the platform only for legitimate Arista business. Do not misuse it, attempt to bypass access controls or security, or extract or export data beyond what your role requires.
3. Data accuracy & pricing
Enter accurate information. Client-facing pricing must follow the approval workflow. Internal buy prices, costs and margins are confidential and must never be disclosed to a client or included in client-facing documents.
4. Confidentiality
All CRM data — client information, pricing, quotes and proposals — is confidential to AristaTech and must be handled accordingly, including after your access ends.
5. Intellectual property
The platform, its software and its content are owned by AristaTech. No licence is granted other than to use the platform for its intended business purpose.
6. Availability
The platform is provided on an “as is” basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and may perform maintenance or changes at any time.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
